SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade to Windows 2000 Professional from an installation of Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows 98 that is configured to use an Epson Stylus 800 printer with the Epson-provided drivers, Windows 2000 may not be able to monitor the printer to determine how much ink is left in the ink cartridges. RESOLUTIONAs a workaround, you may want to contact Epson Technical Support to inquire about the availability of updated Stylus 800 drivers for Windows 2000.
