SYMPTOMS

After you complete the Windows 2000 upgrade process on your computer that has Microsoft Windows 95 installed and uses an Epson Stylus Color 800 printer, the Epson print utility programs are no longer available.

CAUSE

Microsoft Windows 98 and Microsoft Windows 95 print drivers are not used by Windows 2000 and may not work correctly or at all if you try to use them.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Epson to inquire about the availability of updated Epson print utility programs.
