Pro Pool 3D Program Group and Icons Are Not Created During Installation

SYMPTOMS

When you install Pro Pool 3D Version 1.0 from Head Games Publishing, a program group and icons for the program are not created in the Start menu.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, use the appropriate method:

• Start the program manually by locating to the C:\Program Files\Headgames\Pro Pool folder, and then double-clicking the program's executable file.



• Manually create a shortcut to the program group:



1. Go to the folder where you installed the program.



2. Right-click the program's executable file, and then click Copy.



3. On the Start menu, move to the location where you want to put the program shortcut.



4. Right-click the location, and then click Paste Shortcut.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
