SYMPTOMS

When you try to install a Digi International PC IMAC Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) adapter, a driver for this device is not available in Windows 2000.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because a driver for this device is not included in Windows 2000 because the manufacturer of this adapter, Digi International, has discontinued support for this hardware.

MORE INFORMATION

Earlier versions of Windows support this adapter, however, Digi International discontinued this product in 1997.
