SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade from Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows 2000, the My Documents folder may be mapped to a common C:\My Documents folder instead of a user's specific folder at C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents. CAUSEWhen you upgrade from Windows 98, certain multiple-user profile settings can cause the My Documents folder to be mapped to a common folder. RESOLUTIONYou can change the location of the My Documents shell folder on a per-user basis:
