Desktop Themes Does Not Save Custom Mouse Pointers

SYMPTOMS

When you configure to use different pointers using the Mouse tool in Control Panel, Desktop Themes may not save the custom mouse pointers.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows 2000.
