Internet Explorer Tooltip Does Not Display Full Web Page Name

SYMPTOMS

When you minimize Internet Explorer and then view the tooltip for Internet Explorer, the tooltip may not display the full Web page name.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are viewing a Web page with more than 80 characters in the Web page name. Tooltip text is limited to displaying 80 characters.
