SYMPTOMSWhen you use Device Manager to examine the properties of the hardware installed in your Windows 2000-based computer, two reserved devices may be listed under Sound, video, and game controllers. Also, these reserved devices may not have any drivers installed, or use any system resources such as memory addresses, direct memory access (DMA) channels or one or more interrupt requests. CAUSEThis issue can occur if Windows 2000 detects the Erasable/Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM) chips on your Aztech 3000 PNP Multi-Function Adapter-Sound/Modem card.
