Siig Cyberpro Multi-port Serial Adapter Does Not Work

SYMPTOMS

After you install a Siig Cyberpro multi-port serial adapter, the communication (COM) ports are not detected automatically.


RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, add the COM ports manually.
