SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade your Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer to Windows 2000, Control Panel extensions for your video adapter are no longer available. For example, extra tabs and configuration settings you previously used for this video adapter may be missing or unavailable. CAUSEThis issue occurs because the upgrade process disables third-party video adapter drivers, and then installs Windows 2000 drivers. Because of this, the Control Panel extensions provided by the third-party drivers are no longer available. RESOLUTIONTo work around this issue, install a driver provided by the third-party manufacturer:
