SYMPTOMSThe Canon BJC-80 Plug and Play infrared printer is not detected automatically through an infrared port. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because this printer does not announce itself as a Plug and Play device using Infrared Data Association (IrDA) conventions. RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use Print Manager to manually install the Canon BJC-80 Plug and Play infrared printer.
