Fax Queue Displays Jobs in Reverse Order

SYMPTOMS

Fax jobs are shown in reverse order in the fax queue. For example, the next job in the queue is shown at the bottom of the list.

CAUSE

The fax queue viewer lists the fax jobs in the order they are returned by FaxEnumJobs().

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, pause the queue if you need a particular job to get through.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
