QuickView Command Is Missing from Windows 2000

SYMPTOMS

After you install or upgrade to Windows 2000, the QuickView command may be missing from the context menu when you right-click a file.

CAUSE

QuickView is not an installable option for Windows 2000.

QuickView is available as a third-party add-on product from the following Inso Web site:

http://www.inso.com
