CAUSEThe offline file synchronization (or more specifically, Synchronization Manager) does not differentiate between LAN connections in Windows 2000. RESOLUTIONTo work around this issue, use either of the following methods:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATIONOffline File Synchronization Setup displays only one LAN connection even if multiple LAN connections are available and the name of the LAN connection is "LAN Connection."
