SUMMARYWhen you are running the Disk Management snap-in in Windows 2000, the Write Signature and Upgrade Disk Wizard runs if you have any unallocated basic disks available on the system. To prevent the wizard from starting every time you use the snap-in, you can either upgrade the disks or select the "Do not show this wizard again" check box. However, if you select this check box, the wizard never starts automatically again. MORE INFORMATIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that

guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor
