SYMPTOMS

When you modify the properties of a static route in IP routing using the Routing and Remote Access Microsoft Management Console (MMC), a window may appear and disappear quickly in the upper-left corner of the screen.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
