User Icon Is Not Changed When Account Is Enabled or Disabled

SYMPTOMS

When you change a user account's status to enabled or disabled, the icon for the user account does not reflect the change. When you quit and then start the Local Users and Groups Microsoft Management Console (MMC) again, the icon is displayed correctly.
