SYMPTOMSAfter you install Windows 2000, the bottom portion of the display may not be visible on the monitor. For example, you may not be able to see the taskbar. CAUSEThis behavior can occur if the default video refresh rate that Windows 2000 uses is different from the refresh rate that you were using previously.
