SUMMARY
When you place a CD-ROM in a computer that is running Terminal Services and is configured to start or play CD-ROMs automatically, you should see a dialog box reminding you to install the program by using the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. This method places Windows in Install mode.
MORE INFORMATIONTerminal Services uses a special installation mode for installing programs for multiple-user use. This mode is activated by installing a program by using the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel, or by using the change user /install command at a command prompt.
