SYMPTOMSWhen you install some programs on a computer running Windows 2000 Terminal Server in application server mode, you may not be prompted to switch to use install mode before you continue the installation. CAUSEThis issue can occur if the setup program you are installing is not named Setup.exe or Install.exe. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, manually enter install mode before you install the program. To do this, follow these steps:
