SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start Microsoft NetMeeting after you upgrade to Windows 2000, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
CAUSEThis problem can occur because Windows 2000 installs NetMeeting version 3.01 to the "Program Files\Netmeeting" folder, but it leaves the shortcuts pointing to the "Program Files\Netmeetingnt" folder and the prior version of NetMeeting (which may not run on Windows 2000). RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, update the NetMeeting shortcuts to run from the "Program Files\Netmeeting" folder. Note that you can also delete the prior installation of NetMeeting in the the "Program Files\Netmeetingnt" folder. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. Additional query words:
