Terminal Services Properties Do Not Appear for a User Account

SYMPTOMS

When you are viewing the properties of a user account in Active Directory Users and Computers or Local Users and Groups, Terminal Services properties may not appear.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Tsuserex.dll file has not been properly registered.

RESOLUTION

To manually register the Tsuserex.dll file, type the following line at a command prompt:

regsvr32 tsuserex.dll
