SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft IntelliPoint version 2.2 on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, and then try to restart the computer, the computer stops responding (hangs). If you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, nothing happens.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, reinstall Windows 2000 Professional.
