SYMPTOMS

When you finish installing Calendar Creator version 4.0 by the Learning Company on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, you receive a message that states electronic registration is complete. However, during the setup process Windows 2000 does not provide you with the options to register online or to register later. The message appears even if your computer is not connected to a network and cannot transmit the registration information.
