Kodak DC-40 Vendor Drivers Do Not Work After Upgrade from NT4 to Windows 2000

SYMPTOMS

When you install a Kodak DC-40 digital camera on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer using the drivers provided by the vendor, and then you upgrade your computer to Microsoft Windows 2000, the digital camera does not work. If you try to reinstall the drivers, Windows 2000 does not recognize the drivers.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.
