This occurs only once. If you select the High Contrast option and then log on, Windows reverts to the regular settings after the specified period of time without usage elapses. If you reset the High Contrast option, the automatic reset does not work until the next logon. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
