SYMPTOMS

Warning: The restore destination device does not support some file system features of the original device. Some data may not be restored as a result.
If you continue restoring, some files are skipped during the restore process.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if files that you are attempting to restore have attributes that require the NTFS file system, but the drive to which you are restoring does not use NTFS.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, make sure that the device to which you are restoring uses NTFS.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION
