SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade from Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98 to Windows 2000, printing to your Hewlett-Packard (HP) 1600 CM/PS printer may produce pictures that do not match the colors displayed on the screen. Some images may appear noticeably darker. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the Image Color Mapping (ICM) files are not updated to the Windows 2000 versions during the upgrade of the printer drivers. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, update the printer driver:
