SUMMARYWhen you install the Windows 2000 certification authority (CA) service as a Standalone CA, instead of an Enterprise CA, Windows automatically pends all certificate requests. The CA administrator must approve or deny each request. MORE INFORMATIONThe Certificate Server 1.0 program that is included with Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack, automatically issued certificates without requiring any CA administrator approval.
