RSVP is a signaling technique used in Windows 2000 Quality of Service for establishing bandwidth reservations. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\interfaces\interface\QoSValue Type: REG_DWORD Valid Range: 1 or 0 Description: Setting the entry to 0 disables RSVP on the entire interface.
