SYMPTOMSWhen you use Microsoft Outlook Express to make the Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) special folders Drafts and Sent Items into non-special folders, then hide the folders, and then make them into special folders again, the folders are not visible when you set the attribute to show them. MORE INFORMATIONBy default, Microsoft Outlook Express has three IMAP special folders: Inbox, Drafts and Sent Items. You can rename Drafts and Sent Items and make them into non-special folders by using the IMAP tab in the properties for the IMAP account. The Inbox is always a special folder. Additional query words:
