SYMPTOMSWhen you are installing a Microsoft Call Manager 1.0 profile on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000, you receive an error message stating that the Msvcrt20.dll file is missing. When you click OK to close the message, the system installs the profile, but the Call Manager 1.0 icon does not appear on the desktop. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem and make the Call Manager icon appear, press F5 to update the desktop on the screen, or reboot the computer.
