Removing Services for UNIX Version (SFU) 1.0 Also Removes Telnet Server Service

SYMPTOMS

When you remove Services for UNIX Version 1.0, the Telnet Server service is also removed.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, restore the Telnet Server service:

1. Click Start on the taskbar, and then click Run.



2. Type the following in the Open box:




tlntsvr /service

3. Start the Telnet Server service.
