SYMPTOMS

When you try to use Terminal Server on your Windows NT 4.0-based computer, you may receive a stop 0x00000050 error message on a blue screen. Also, the bug check information displayed may look similar to the following:

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you have Microsoft Outlook 97 installed, and you have a large number of appointment reminders in your calendar.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Product Name service pack that contains this fix.
