The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARY
This article contains a copy of the tips listed in the Shell.inf file
included with Windows 95. Setup copies this file to the Windows\Inf
folder. These tips normally appear in the Welcome screen when you start
Windows 95. If you do not see the Welcome screen when you start Windows

TIP00 = "If you don't know how to do something, you can look it up in
Help. Just click the Start button, and then click Help."
