When you start Windows, the following error message may be displayed:

Explorer caused an exception C06D007EH in module Sens.dll


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the Wsock32.dll file is damaged or missing.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, extract a new copy of the Wsock32.dll file from the Windows installation media.
