SUMMARY

The "Windows 3 Companion" Quick Reference sheet states that SHIFT+F1 changes the pointer to a question mark when you access Help on a specific command, screen element, or key. This function is not implemented in Windows, PowerPoint, Project for Windows, PageMaker, CORELDRAW, and DayBook. This topic-specific help function is implemented in Word for Windows and Excel.
