SUMMARY

Double-clicking the title bar maximizes any Windows application or group. This information is not included in chapter 2 of the "Microsoft Windows User's Guide." Chapter 2 discusses the basic elements of Windows and includes other methods of maximizing groups or applications.

Other methods of maximizing groups or applications include:

  • clicking on the maximize button, which is at the top right of the window


  • pulling down the Control menu and choosing Maximize (the shortcut key for this is CTRL+F10).
