SYMPTOMSThree-dimensional (3-D) PowerPoint Graph charts do not print correctly to Hewlett-Packard (HP) plotters or to printers that use this driver. Edges of the 3-D objects are hidden on the display, and when printed to other output devices, are not hidden when plotted. CAUSEThis problem is due to the HP plotter driver not being able to handle hidden lines. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available. WORKAROUNDWhen a plotter is the output device for your chart, you should not choose a 3-D chart type. Additional query words: 1.00 1.0 3d 3 d three dimensional WIN31 macppt winppt 3.00A 3.10 3.11
