Epson EPL-7000 Gives C999 Error When Using Landscape Mode

SYMPTOMS

When printing in landscape mode with version 1.1 of the Epson EPL-7000 driver, which is shipped with Microsoft Windows version 3.1, you may receive the following error message on the printer:

Error C999

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Epson to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.

To temporarily work around this problem, use the EPL-6000 driver.
