PostScript Level II Driver Missing Paper Sizes in Applications

SUMMARY

The Adobe PostScript Level II printer driver, PSCRIPT.DRV, versions 1.00.69 and 1.00.79, does not return all the available paper sizes to the requesting application. The full list of available paper sizes appears in the driver's setup dialog box screen, but a truncated list of available sizes appears in the application's Page Setup menu. Most of the missing paper sizes are envelope sizes.

The problem has been reported to Adobe Systems. Microsoft will post more information here as it becomes available.

The Adobe PostScript Level II driver version 1.00.69 is being distributed by Hewlett-Packard for use with the HP PostScript Plus cartridge. Driver version 1.00.79 is being distributed by Dataproducts for use with the Dataproducts LZR-960 and LZR-1560 printers.
