SYMPTOMSWhen the Microsoft Windows version 3.1 printer driver for the Hewlett- Packard (HP) LaserJet Series II printers (HPPCL.DRV, version 1.1) is used with the HP Tms Proportional 1 cartridge (the B Cartridge), the Tms Rmn 10- point font does not print correctly. The text displays correctly, but when you print the document, the text formatted for Tms Rmn 10 point prints off the right edge of the page and is truncated at the right unprintable region of the page. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the HPPCL.DRV printer driver, version 1.1, for Windows version 3.1. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available. MORE INFORMATIONThe Tms Rmn 10-point font is included in the B Cartridge and it SHOULD print correctly, but it does not.
