SUMMARYWhen you print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 500 printer using the HPDSKJET.DRV printer driver version 1.1 or 1.2 for Microsoft Windows version 3.1, graphs that contain TrueType font formatting may print incorrectly. This problem occurs in graphs created in Microsoft Graph and charts created in Microsoft Excel for Windows. MORE INFORMATION
If you set the resolution in the printer driver to 300 dots per inch
(dpi), the TrueType fonts in the printed chart or graph appear to be
overlaid with a bar code. If you set the resolution to 150 dpi, no bar
codes appear, but the printed fonts are the wrong size and of low
quality.
