Schedule+ Can't Print Junior or Pocket Paper to HP4 on A4 Page

SYMPTOMS

If you attempt to print to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4 from Schedule+ for Windows using the A4 paper size and Junior or Pocket paper format, the following message displays on the printer and nothing prints:

PC Load Letter

This happens when you use either the HP LaserJet 4 or LaserJet Series IIIsi printer drivers for Windows. It does not happen when you print on a PostScript printer using the Windows PostScript printer driver because these printers do not require a specific paper size.

CAUSE

The above error message occurs because special paper sizes in Schedule+, such as Junior or Pocket, are based on the standard Letter paper size.

WORKAROUND

When you select a standard paper format in Schedule+ for Windows instead of Junior or Pocket, the A4 paper size prints without displaying the above error message.
