To make the taskbar visible again, use either of the following methods:
Method 1Resize the taskbar. To do so, follow these steps:
Method 2Restart the computer in Safe mode. Restarting the computer in Safe mode restores the taskbar to its default location. To restart your computer in Safe mode, follow these steps:Windows 95Restart your computer. When you see the "Starting Windows 95" message, press the F8 key, and then choose Safe Mode from the Startup menu.Windows 98Restart your computer, press and hold down the CTRL key after your computer completes the Power On Self Test (POST), and then choose Safe Mode from the Startup menu.
