This article describes how to create multiple Microsoft Exchange profiles
by copying and editing an existing profile.

To create a new profile from an existing profile, follow these steps:
- Quit Microsoft Exchange, and then double-click the Mail and Fax icon in Control Panel.
- Click Show Profiles, and then click the MS Exchange Settings profile.
- Click Copy, type a name for the new profile in the New Profile Name box, and then click OK.
- Click the new profile, and then click Properties.
- Add or remove services as appropriate for the new profile. Do not
remove the Personal Address Book or Personal Folders service. These
services are required for all profiles.
- If you add a service, click that service, click Properties, and then make any required changes to the settings. Click OK to return tO the profile property sheet.
- After you edit the settings for all new services in the profile,
click OK or Close until you return to Control Panel.
