CAUSEThis behavior occurs because Windows 95 and Windows 98 adheres to the MS- DOS path limit of 67 characters when you start your computer to a command prompt. RESOLUTIONTo work around this issue, start your computer normally, and then create or view folders. Additional query words: deltree
