RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior and print individual sections, follow these steps:

  1. Select the information you want to print with the mouse or by holding down the SHIFT key while using the arrow keys.

  2. Press CTRL+C to copy the selected section to the clipboard.

  3. Open a text editor, such as Notepad, and then press CTRL+V or click Paste on the Edit menu to paste the contents of the clipboard into the text editor.

  4. Print the information from the text editor.

NOTE: To move between the left and right panes in MSInfo without a mouse, use the F6 key. If the right pane is divided into two sections, use the TAB key to move between them.
