SYMPTOMSWhen you view a window's title bar (the bar at the top of the window), the title bar may not display a fading effect between two colors (a gradient fill). CAUSEThe behavior can occur if your display adapter is configured to use a color palette of 256 colors or less. RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, configure your display adapter to use a color
palette of more than 256 colors. To do so, use the following steps:
