SYMPTOMSWhen you start the Calculator tool in Windows 98, you may be unable to see any text on any of the buttons. Note that this issue may also occur in other tools or screens. CAUSEThis problem can occur if you configure the appearance of your computer's 3D Objects to be the same color as the text on the buttons in Calculator in Windows 98. Windows 98 can not change the colors used for the text on the buttons in Calculator, so the color of the buttons and the text on the buttons remain the same. RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, change the color of 3D Objects to a different
color. To do so, use the following steps:
